On my last backup completed but erased all previous backups. Error is the first time it occurred.

Check settings in Paragon - there are generally several options.

In Acronis which I use I have it set to overwrite the last image. A selection of previous images are stored on an external drive.

    PeteC, thanks for your suggestion.
Not too familiar with Paragon, it saves to disk it has chosen regardless of disk nominated by me.

Snapshot name : My computer is as 12/10/2013 13.07.02
    (o) The snapshot storage.

( ) Folder on a local or network disk.

    ( ) Folder on a network share.

I find manual not user friendly.

The terminology used is at times confusing if one is more familiar with other similar programs , e.g. snapshot vs. image, etc.

If you look in the manual - Page 15 onwards, instructions are given for Change Settings, particularly 'Backup Strategies'.

I agree in what you say. I find, if I select the F drive it it is accepted until the next time, it then shows drive K is selected as the best drive by Paragon and simply backs up to drive K. I have selected the (o) Folder on a local or Net work, is this correct?
I have no choice as Windows back just refuses to make a complete backup.

That would be correct for an internal/external drive.
