I am using Notes in Outlook to store important items of data (codes)and would like to copy/backup Notes only (daily) to a seperate hard disc. What is the simplest way of doing this?
    Many Thanks

I'm pretty sure that Notes get saved to your .pst file which you should be backing up...

You can also hightlight a note and click File->Save As

Yep! You were right it is included in .pst, a mental abberation on my part. I also took the belt and braces precaution of copy and paste to a removable device. Many thanks.
