outlook express stationery help

I've had a problem with using stationery in outlook express when I use "New Message Using" then click on stationery I cannot get the list of stationery that is in the stationery folder for some reason. I've downloaded quite a bit of stationery and at one time I made a shortcut on my desktop to see all the stationery at one time and now I can't get it to show up in "message using statinery" and I can't even see the shortcut folder that is on my desktop. Any suggestions sure would be appreciated.

 

What OE version? What OS version?

Sorry keep forgetting to put that kind of info. I'm using Outlook express 6 and I have windows XP
