Outlook Express & Signature

    I tried to put in OE a signature as HTML file , I did evrything , prepared a HTML file with a picture in it & text as well , when going to OE to write a new email I don't see the picture inside the email , instead I see an empty frame with an red X on the left top side of the frame like the picture is missing.

    Thank for advice.
