Outlook Express Error [0x800ccc0E]

I can't send/receive email, Outlook Express generates an error 0x800cccOE, what do I do?

lammy--that error code means "Failed to Connect to Server ". Could just be temporary.
What version of Windows and IE are you using?
If the problem continues, possibilties
1) Disable your firewall and see if that helps.
2) Have you been to Windows Update lately to check for the latest?
3) Delete Account and re-set up .
