Outlook and Incredimail

Okay, now I really need some additional help.

I had my friend download Incredimail. We thought it was so neat that I was going to install it to my PC. I personally like the fun things.

But this morning he advised that he was having a bit of a problem.

He did NOT have Incredimail open and upon booting his PC he opened OE to retrieve this email. I told him earlier when I suspected a problem not to have both programs at once.

So this morning he opened and read his email in OE and closed it. He then immediately opened Incredimail and there were TWO messages that did not appear in OE. And they were NOT ones that had just been sent.

How can he get messages in Incredimail and they not appear in his default email program. He is thinking that he needs to dump Incredimail to eliminate this conflict.

Is there a way to keep ALL emails showing up in OE and only in Incredimail when he chooses it to do so? Or to have ALL emails show up in both programs?

I hate to download the program just to try and troubleshoot his. As you can see I need all the help I can get myself.
