A lot of the meetings we attend here keep us moving from building to building, which means that a 1pm meeting has you out the door by 12:45pm to get there on time.

I've got some co-workers wondering if there's a way to automatically (or easily) add on that 15 minutes it takes in walking/driving time between buildings to meetings that you accept or add to the calendar yourself.

    Any thoughts or suggestions?

    Thanks!

Are you using the "reminder" function that reminds you 15 or more minutes in advance?

Yes, but what I think my co-workers were looking for was something that would automatically add a 10-15 minute block of time before every meeting into their calendar. Thus you'd still get your 15 minute reminder, but it would be 15 minutes before you'd leave rather than 15 minutes before the meeting.

The meeting sender could, of course, send an altered time schedule, however these meetings are sent to people near and far, so it would apply to everyone.

How about setting the default reminder to 30 minutes instead of 15? Although that wouldn't add a block of time to the meeting, everybody would get their reminder 15 minutes before they're supposed to leave rather than 15 minutes before the meeting is scheduled to start.

Why not add the time to the meeting. If you have a 2:00 meeting, enter it 1:45
