I have about 200GB of data that I currently backup onsite but I think I need a redundant solution in case of a complete disaster. Does anyone have an opinion on cloud storage providers that they would like to share?

Well, with my clients, I've used several different online storage solutions that are free, such as those provided by ISP business Inetrnet accounts, Dropbox, gmail, etc. But 200 GB is a lot of space and you'll need a paid provider for that.

I would be content with a NAS unit or external USB that could be put in a fireproof safe daily.

I agree on the external drive thing. What are you backing up? Walmart? That is a heck of a lot of backup.

The client is a photographer. Currently the files for all computers in his home are stored on a NAS raid.

With that, a NAS raid in my mind is not a backup solution so we back up everything to an external hard drive.

The concern is over the possibility of a catastrophic loss where one does not have the opportunity to grab the external HDD when running out of the burning house. Backing up and storing the device in a fireproof safe is an option but that can be prone to error in not being religious in ones' routine.

Amazon AWS would cost you $25 a month to store 200GB of data ($0.125 per GB for the First TB). If you can accept slightly less durability it is cheaper at $0.093 per GB ($18.60 for 200GB).
