one click task bar

    I recently purchased a laptop with XP Pro and IE 6.x. There is no one click taskbar on the left as there was with IE5 and WIN 98SE. Is there a way to install this feature with XP Pro? Also, is there a way to make the dialer dial when I open IE like it does in WIN 98SE? Now I have to initiate the dialer after the IE window opens.

    1. Right click on your taskbar, scroll to toolbars, then click on "quick launch ". Launch icons should appear, if not, you can now drag and drop to there.
    2. Open IE, tools, internet options, connections, checkmark "dial whenever, etc "..
