OE address book problem

    I am being infuriated by an issue where contacts in the contacts list are not showing in the address book. Has anyone seen this or have a fix. I would be eternally grateful.

    When you open your address book, do you have a left pane and a right pane? The left should have "shared contacts" and "(person's name) Contacts ". The second should be selected and the addresses appear in the right pane.
