Not-A-Virus.Downloader

I did a routine scan wth AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 (formerly Ewido Security Suite) and it found the following low-risk trace: Not-A-Virus.Downloader.Win32.Digstream. I've noticed also that there's a Digstream folder in My Programs. Apparently digstream.exe is a process that comes from the ESPN website. This is a non-essential process. Disabling or enabling it is down to user preference. Would anyone know if I have reason to be concerned about this? Should I just ignore it? Many thanks.

Yeah it looks like a false\positive, the file is also associated with some Disney stuff too. See here

I also found a thread from June-July so it looks like its fairly well known. Not sure why it wouldn't be corrected by now tho. And on top of that, just about everyone knows what it is. Go figure.
