    ISP with AOL. XP operating system. IE 6. can receive and send emails, but web pages are blank, do not load, even AOL's 'Help' page does not load. cannot get System Restore or System Information.

    Thanks Evan Omo,I cannot access TCP/IP repair tool. have tried methods on your second suggestion I now get 'The requested lookup key was not found in any active activation context'. Incidently I do not get an actual error message, the blank web page just sits there doing nothing, no loading indicator, no 'waiting '.

    What do you mean you can't access the TCP/IP Repair tool? What happens when you run it?

    Try this possible solution, Several dialog boxes are blank.

    Since you are still running Internet Explorer 6 you could try upgrading to Internet Explorer 8 and see if your issue gets resolved. Also what Service Pack is installed?

    Hello Evan, sorry for delay,have been away, Downloaded IE8 as you suggested, works ok, also changed jumpers on slave that has improved things as well.
