Windows Vista No Sound Items

I bought a Logitech Wireless DJ Music System. During installation I had problems, so I looked in the Logitec forums for some help. One of the posts said to disable all the other sound items while installing the Wireless DJ system. Mistakingly, I deleted them instead!! DOH!! Now I have NO OTHER sound playback items in the control panel except the Logitech USB Music Transmitter. Would someone please tell me how to get the other playback items again, like speakers, my Creative Audigy card, etc. It was stupid on my part to do what I did, but I certainly did not think it would cause such problems. Thanks in advance.

 

Never Mind............downloaded and reinstalled latest driver for sound card. Problem solved.

If you are "over indulgent" in the deleting category, you may want set your day-to-day user account as a User and not an Administrator. That should allow you to "clean up" without affecting system files. [Edit: Or make you think twice before logging into an Administrator account to delete them.]
