No music on Xanga

My teenagers have Xanga accounts, which I gather is some sort of blog. I have to confess up front, like it's not already obvious, that I don't quite understand it. Anyway, they like to put music on their Xangas. They tell me that other people using other computers can hear their music, but they themselves using our computer can't hear it. They also can't hear music on other peoples' Xangas. They can hear music and other sounds on other types of websites, just not Xangas. I'm suspecting that there must be some sort of setting on my computer that I need to adjust to resolve this. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
