Hello everyone,
I'm the IT person in a small CPA firm in Georgia. I've been using computers since DOS 5.0 (boy, that's an oldie!), and have been pressured into the Bill Gates' world of Windows. I've found Windows to be a lot more colorful and user friendly, but with a lot more nightmares for troubleshooting. I consider myself an 'intermediate'. We currently use Win 2000 Pro and XP Pro, and are trying to stay away from Vista for now. I hope I can learn a lot from all of you.
