New IE Window HELP

Hi All,
when i click on some links, a new widows opens up, but it opens up tiny and i have to go to the corner of my desktop, resize, then maximize it. i have tried resizing the window, closing it then reopening it and that works some of the time. is there anything i can do tho fix this.



edit** when i say small, i mean small. i have to keep clicking on it in my toolbar so that it minimizes and restores just to see where it goes.

edit 2: OS is Winxp and IE is 6.0

After resizing window, press and hold the control while exiting window.
