New explorer problem...

Don't know what happened, but in windows explorer, I all of a sudden lost the ability to create shortcuts or create folders!!!

I restored the reg to yesterday when it was working (and it was working till just a few mins ago).

Got any ideas how to fix this???

Forgot to mentioned that this is the tool bar at the top... under "File "

New discovery as well... on the desk top I can no longer make short cuts/folders as well... I have no "New" choice...

 

Never mind...for the fix that was posted here... Should have looked 1st...
