    I have XP.
On boot, I receive a message panel that says:

"The procedure entry point GetProcessingFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL "

When I click the OK button, it finishes boot.
There are no apparent operating problems-but---
How do I get rid of this message??

    Ralph

    Hello Ralph,

Bring up Task Manager (ctl+alt+delete) > process tab and see if a process called MotiveSB.exe or MotiveSB is running. Clicking on Image Name column header will put the process names in alpha sequence.

If so, this is a low level pest. Read thru this thread and follow the procedure for spyware cleaning and posting a HijackThis log. http://www.windowsbbs.com/showthread.php?t=31695

If that process is not there, are you running IE7? This seems to be a problem associated with the beta's/RC1 versions.

    Regards - Charlels
