I just got a new computer. My old computer had IE7 as does my new one. Is there a way to transfer all of my old computer IE7 settings to the new IE7? Thanks for the help.

    Welcome to Windows BBS :)

On the old computer open IE and go File > Import & Export and follow the wizard through, saving the files to an external drive or USB stick. On the new computer repeat the process, but import as opposed to export.

    PeterC,

I did as you suggested and the import/export only allows me to export "Feeds ", "Cookies" and "Favorites ".

What I would like to export to the new browser are all of the settings...specifically those on the "Internet Options" page that pops up under "Tools ". Any other suggestions?

    Thanks for your help.

That is not possible - you will have to set them up on the new computer while referencing the old.
