I have taken over a job from a person who was the author of the public diary on Outlook Calendar. Although I can add appointments, I can't do things like edit labels, etc.

When I click on the calendar's properties/summary, her name is there as the author and folder contact. How can I change this to be my name so I can take ownership of the diary? She is still working here today but doesn't know how to change this, and nor does anyone else, apparently.

You may be hearing from me as I get used to MS Outlook, which I have never used before ...

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer on this issue - my boss is anxious for me to get this working.

    Resolved

Sorted this out by getting the author to add me as another author.
