Network printer information

    On a networked Win XP Pro machine with a networked printer.(NOW)When I print a document, I get a popup that says: "printer information is unavailable ". The document IS printed. (BEFORE) When I print a document, I get a popup that says: "Document sent to Printer" Then "Print job finished" IT says if it prints that is all they care about.

    Try changing the printer on the PC to another Default printer and then change it back to the network printer.
