Netscape.net email sending errors

I have netscape.net email for years able to send and receive without a problem but recently I have a problem just with sending. Using the news mail group through 7.2 I get an error 554 unable to send please try again later, if I go to mynetscape send through the web portal I receive an error while sending (unable to send at this time please try again later reference number 112). I tried contacting netscape but no support with free websites. Any advice on how to fix the problem?

it matters little if you had netscape.net for one century or one day. In my opinion, things got fouled up a couple of years ago, and it has improved one thing, and messed up another.
In case you don't know, AOL purchased Netscape, may be about five years ago (don't hold me by that number), and they have kept the name, but dismantled what was Netscape. The latest thing they did was to introduce their security rules, and like many providers, they probably have not stopped any spam, but bothered the users.
You can try this long thread , or if you ISP allows you, use its SMTP, using Netscape7.02. One of my two netscape.net accounts works with netscape.net SMTP, and one does not. I don't think that anyone knows whats going on. I can, also, solid performance with freePOPs , but I must send with my ISP SMTP.
