I am a little confused as to how the "Search" and "Highlight" functions work.

Unless I enter something in the Seach box those two options stay grayed out. That would be logical but when I type an item in to do a search and then they become bolded I can't see what I am supposed to do if anything at that point.

    Hi vegaspat,

Once you have entered the search topic, press enter, or click on the "Search" button.

    Ramona,

I think I've confused you also. I can get as far as what you noted, but after that I can't see what the function is of those two buttons.

I do the search and when I do those two options become bolded. I see the various sites that I can choose from and at THAT point I don't see what value those TWO options have. I see nothing highlighted.

I don't mean to confuse you. I'm confused enough for both of us. <g>

I don't know how to explain exactly what I am trying to get at.

If I type ' "books" in the -Enter Search Terms- and click on Search I go to a bunch of sites dealing with "books ". What do I do at that point as far as the highlight button? Nothing seems new over the previous Netscape version? And nothing is highlighted!

    vegaspat,

When you look at the list of sites found in the search, using "Books" as an example, each instance of the word "Books" should be bolded. I think the nomenclature is incorrect, because bold type is not highlighted text.

    Ramona,

Well, that was the answer I was looking for. The terminology threw me off.

Thanks for the help AGAIN. You are a woman of great patience.
