nero burner help file

I have just installed the trial version of the nero 5.5.10.15 and when I selected the help option I was given the message the the help file is missing I even tried another version of nero but still with the same problem , can anyone please help , regards,

Whether it is free-standing or installs into Nero, I don't know.

I think it is not included with Nero because it is available in so many languages, it would make the installation huge. It used to be easily found. The "en" on the end of the file name is for "English ". If you want it in some other language, you can try changing those 2 letters to an abbreviation for the other language, or connect to ftp://ftp6.nero.com/ and look around.

 

Nero Help files are not included in the update versions. I had uninstalled Nero and then installed the update only and there was no help.

I reinstalled the original disk and then did the update and the help files work ok now.

Not including the help in the update trial was probably intentional. The version does work well without the help files.

 

Had the same problem when I updated. My solution, in the folder containing Nero's help files find the start.htm file. Right click, create short-cut, move to your desktop. Generally .htm files are associated to and "open" with your default browser. By renaming the short-cut "Nero Help ", it tucked itself next to Nero Burning shortcut.
