Can anyone tell me if this site and its driver locating sofware is trustworthy?:

    www.driveragent.com and worth the price?

My computer works fine, but when I did their free scan it showed that I had 7 or 8 drivers that were bad. I am afraid to update any drivers because I have never done it before

I'd never pay real money for drivers. Can't say that I'd trust a site that sold em...

Drivers for equiptment made in the last five years is piece of cake to find.

Look in Device manager and if no ye;llow exclamation points next to a device then drivers are working properly.

That fool site gave me the same advice for my custom built system. My system runs to good to mess with. As the adage goes, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it ".

If you have the original drivers(CD) available, you should not worry about "removing" or updating the old ones, you will just need to reinstall the original drivers if anything goes wrong.

Before working on drivers, be certain to have a correct set available for your model of the hardware, if you don't it can be a headache trying to find them.
