    Hi crown711,

Did you install Netscape 7.01 or 7.1? The latest Version is 7.1, and that's why I'm asking...

When you installed the updated Netscape, did you create a new Profile, or are you sharing a Profile with Mozilla? If you didn't create a new Profile, then that is most likely your problem. The Mozilla Release Notes warn against sharing Profiles, as it can create havoc.

I hope we can salvage your Bookmarks and Mail, but first I need to know about whether or not you created a new Profile for Netscape, and if you have a backup of your Mozilla Profile before you installed Netscape 7.??.

    Thanks!

    Ramona
