    Hi
I use a Dell and it had this program installed.
I shouldn't have but I deleted the mywaysa file manually because it wasn't listed in the add or remove programs list.
However, after I deleted the file from the program files directory, my way search assistant suddenly showed up on the add or remove programs list.
I tried to uninstall it, but it can't since the file was deleted.
How can I get rid of it from the list?

Look in your Recycle Bin with a right click.
You likely can restore it from there.

I deleted it using shift delete.
I'm searching for all the registry with the same name and deleting it right now.

    Hi
If you emptied your recycle bin and the file is not there you can try a restore point prier to the deletion.

Let just remove it for you. I need to see its registry entries.

I tried a couple dates but I couldn't restore the system.
Well it seems like it's gone, after I deleted all the registry keys it's not showing up on the list anymore. Thanks!

That does not mean it is gone.

If you could, follow the HijackThis instructions as a favor to me.
I want to really make sure it is gone.
