"my computer" problem

    my hard disks and usb drive are not read via my computer. it doesn't display any error message: when i double click it, nothing happens. but when i use windows explorer, everything is fine. what should i do to make "my computer" read my hard disks and usb?

    Hi raimiel23, Welcome to Windowsbbs! :)

    Try this, click Start< Run and type regsvr32 /i shell32.dll. After you run the command, reboot the computer and see if there is any change.
