MSIELINK.DLL is missing

    MSIELINK.DLL is missing, i cant find where i am supposed to get this file from.

    seems its being missing is causing my ie6 to have an error.

    i have Win98se and am using ie6 browser

    i searched this site for this dll and couldnt find any other posts about it

    does anyone have any idea where i can find it or why it is ******** up my computer?
