    Hello,
I 'm trying to convert my credit card statements in a format that I can work on. I have xp home sp2 with MS works suite 2002, Works 6.0 and money, but took it off, since I've never used it. Now, I wonder if money might be able to import my bank stmts. in a workable form?
I don't believe I have excel - at least I don't find it, that didn't come with MS suite of "stuff..." Excell is very difficult to learn, I've heard!! There should be something easier than that?
I do have the option of d/l from my bank in money.qif format???? I wonder if that would allow me to add/delete information in the statement?
Any information on this task would be greatly appreciated..
    Thanks,
    John in Dallas.

download the files and use Money...

    Excel is no huge mystery.
A lot of people are afraid of it, but they are looking too far ahead.
Excel is a giant blank calculator that you format.
It can be as simple as basic addition and subtraction, or complex as a database.

However, if you don't have it, that is not an option.

To format Excel for as complex operation as can be acheived in Money, would indeed be a challenge, but for basic addig and subtracting, it's easy.

Still, if you have money, and can download money formated data, that is what I'd suggest.
