Ms Access Problem

I have made a simple access database and form for entering problem details in and want to create a button so when you have finished entering the details it opens a Word Document with the details you just entered.

I have created a report which will show the details, then you can use the Office links button to put in word, which is fine, but I want to do it at the click of a button.

any MS Access people who can tell me how it's done?

 

Ok managed to get it working for the most part, but in the word document it shows all the faults and I only want it to show the one just entered?

Any help?
