Movie Maker freezing computer

    Hello,

    Is anyone having trouble with Movie Maker freezing up Windows when transfering footage from a digital cam via firewire?

    There is no shortage of disk space and I've got lots of ram, so the problem can't be there.

    Any ideas ...besides switching to a different video editor?
