    Hello Brad

    A couple of questions first.

Do you have any desires on overclocking the machine ??

Which 2.4 GHz Pentium 4 do you intend to use, 400 FSB, 533 FSB or 800 FSB ??

After you reply, I may be able to help.

You may want to consider this Intel board:

    http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProdu...121-186&catalog=280&manufactory=BROWSE&depa=0

I don't know whether the PC2100 will hack it with an FSB of 533, possible with reduced timing.
You may have to go up to PC2700 if the PC 2100 can't make it.

Intel boards are VERY stable, I use them all the time for new builds.
This board will allow you to go with FSB 800 with HyperTreading should you decide to upgrade that CPU.

This board has built in sound but can be disabled so you can put in a sound card of your choice.

Look at all the pictures and read the reviews.
