    Hi Group
A question on how to tell what program is doing all the downloading and uploading on my WinXP Pro machine with SP2
Adaware and spybot show no infections
    No virus is present
    No open programs
Windows update is on but when done manually shows now updates available
messenger is not open nor is any chat programs
Is there a utility to tell me what is doing this activity?
The drive is a recent reformat/reinstall as of 3 days ago

    Thanks in advance

    TB

So when you boot up your pc, your network icon in systray shows a ton of packets being sent and received?

    (probably a trojan)

    CurrPorts

"allows you to view a list of ports that are currently in use, and the application that is using it. You can close a selected connection and also terminate the process using it, and export all or selected items to a HTML or text report. Additional information includes the local port name, local/remote IP address, highlighted status changes and more. "
