I have IBM MM75 monitor and a RADEON DDR video card. RADEON drivers are version 5.13.1.3132, and the MM75 drivers are the last ones from IBM, I am running windows 2000.

Here's my problem, when in graphics mode the monitor will only display in a 60mhz refresh rate. I have set both the video card and the moniter to other refresh rates and it doesn't change, via the monitors on screen display. no matter what resoution I tried from 640 to 1280. When in a text mode the monitor will change to 43mhz.

First I thought it was the moniter so I plugged that to another PC and could set the monitor to other refresh rates.
Then I though it was the video card, so I plugged a different monitor (a philips monitor) into the card and was able to change the refresh rate.
I have updated both the drivers for the monitor and the video card, twice now.

Please help, becuase a refresh rate of 60mhz causes the monitor to start to flicker.
