Missing or Invalid File

    Hello,
    OS=MS/XP Pro
    Received a CD from Blue Cross Insurance. When I try to play it on my CD Rom I get this message box=
    Network Providers
    Component "mscomctl.ocx" or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: afileis missing or invalid.
    The CD Rom plays all other cd's music, and data fine. I take the CD to the wife,s computer, it plays fine. I ran sfc no help. Any help greatly appreciated.
