    What is the purpose of this site?


    What will be checked?
    The automated diagnostic process will verify the following:


    If scripting is turned on
    If images display correctly
    If the System Date and Time are relatively correct
    If the Microsoft Genuine Advantage ActiveX controls load correctly
    If the Microsoft Genuine Advantage ActiveX controls are able to successfully connect to the validation servers

    Thanks for posting the Genuine Advantage Diagnostic info, Steve.

    I'm glad Microsoft also supports Firefox (version 1.0.5 or later) with Windows/Office Genuine Advantage plug-ins for Firefox.

    If one goes to the Microsoft Genuine Advantage "“ Diagnostic Site while in Firefox, the diagnostic site will guide the user through similar steps for Firefox.
