microsoft and nero problem

hi there, firstly i would like to say hello to everyone,
secondly im after some expert advice (hence joining this site)

now i have just downloaded nero 7 premium straight from a genuine disc,
when i open up nero and try to add a film it tells me that there is a problem with windows and needs to close (apparently nero hasnt got a digital signature, so cant be verified)
anyway once it says that, i turn off nero by clicking the x button( top right hand corner) it dissappears, i then re-open nero and try again, but it tells me the application is already running ? how is that possible
so by now im pretty frustrated and try to upgrade to nero 7 premium reloaded, thinking this will solve the problem, but of course it comes up with , there is a problem with windows

please can anyone tell me what to do ??
