Welcome to the board EmiR. Lets do this first.

Make sure you have the up-to-date versions of Spybot (v1.3), Ad-aware (build 6.181) and HijackThis. All are free and available bellow.

Download Spybot, install, update and run Spybot. Delete all it finds that is prechecked. Then download Ad-aware, install, update and configure Ad-aware for a custom full scan and run, deleting all it finds.

    Spybot:
Go to Start > Programs >Spybot > Search & Destroy and choose Spybot S&D

Close ALL windows except Spybot S&D
Click the button to "Search for Updates" and download and install the Updates.
Next click the button "Check for Problems"
When Spybot is complete, it will be showing "RED" (RED) entries "BLACK" entries and "GREEN" (GREEN) entries in the window
Put a check mark beside the RED (RED) entries ONLY.
Choose "Fix Selected Problems" and allow Spybot to fix the RED (RED) entries.

    Ad-Aware FULL SCAN:
Click on the Start Button, Tick Use Custom scanning options, Customize

    Scan Within Archives
    Scan Active Processes
    Scan Registry
    Deep Scan Registry
Scan my IE favorites for banned URL’s
    Scan my Hosts file
Under Click here to select drives + folders, choose:
    All of your hard drives
Click on the Advanced button on the left and select:

    Include additional process information
    Include additional file information
    Include environment information
    Include additional object details
Click the Tweak button and select:

    Under the Scanning Engine:
    Unload recognized processes during scanning
Include basic Ad-aware settings in logfile
Include additional Ad-aware settings in logfile
    Under the Cleaning Engine:
Tick Let Windows remove files in use at next reboot

Click on Proceed to save the settings.

Click Start and on the next screen choose Activate in-depth Scan at the bottom of the page and then choose:

    Use Custom Scanning Options
Click Next and Ad-aware will scan your hard drive(s) with the options you have selected.

Save the log file when it asks and then click Finish

When finished, mark everything for removal and get rid of it. (Right-click the window and choose Select All from the drop down menu and click Next).

Also download CWShredder bellow install and run. Post another HJT log.
Don't fix anything with it yet! Someone experienced with the logs will advise you.

sdaemon.exe and winwd.exe are both parts of 'PC Security' from a company called 'Tropical Software'. It does password locking and some other security tasks. Not a trojan or any other sort of virus from what I can tell.

However, having the processes run at startup can hog some system resources so you might want to consider other, less intrusive options for protection.

    C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! 3\MsgPlus.exe
Messenger Plus is a known resource hog and nothing you want so running Hijackthis and letting it remove
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [MessengerPlus3] "C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! 3\MsgPlus.exe "
and then going to add/remove and uninstalling Messenger Plus is certainly a good idea

Also, you need to put the Hijackthis.exe file in a folder of it's own rather than in a temp folder as it is now or directly on the desktop. Maybe c:\HJT or something similar. Do this before using it to fix anything.

I expect that running the spyware removers LDTate suggested will help get things back to normal for you.

    Whats this?

Could you look in your Event Viewer, in the system and application log, and paste the juicy bits from the blue screen and out of memory error you received?

Before you do the final steps bellow you might want to consider Newt's suggestions.
    Clean up.
Right click My Computer and choose properties. On system restore tab, check the box to turn off. OK out.

Go to start>run and type msconfig, hit enter. On the boot.ini tab, check the box next to /safeboot and OK. Yes to restart. This will restart your computer in safe mode.

Now in safe mode, you will need to show hidden files and folders.

Open C:\Windows\Temp, select all and delete.
Open C:\Documents and settings\username\Local Settings\temp, select all and delete. Do this for all usernames.
Open C:\Windows\Prefetch, select all and delete.
Open My Computer, right click Local disk C: and choose properties, then disk cleanup. Check all boxes except compress old files and OK.
Uncheck the /safeboot box in msconfig and ok to reboot.
Open Spybot and click mode on the toolbar, then advanced mode. Click immunize in the left pane, then immunize again, this time from above with the green + beside it. Click the link below that for SpywareBlaster, download, install and update. Check for updates weekly. Still in Spybot, click tools in the left pane, then click IE tweaks and at least lock the HOSTS file. Then download and install IESpyads

That will give you an added layer of protection against unwanted parasites.

I would also suggest you now do a online scan with RAV without subscribing.
Reboot and do some surfing. Lets us know how things are.

Lots of information being thrown at you in a short period of time I think.

Did the spyware removers (Ad-aware & Spybot) find much that needed removing? And how are things running now?

Joe asked about a file and I have the same question. Can't find information about it with internet searches and that is usually a sign that it is something bad. So unless you know what C:\WINDOWS\system32\winsersec.exe is and does, try renaming it to winsersec.exe.old so it won't be active and then rebooting. See if anything breaks as a result.

The memory dump from your last blue screen may have information that will offer additional help. Since you are still getting them, we obviously haven't fixed whatever is causing them. Check Dump Data collection tool and instructions for specifics and then post a copy of the dump log you will create. It's long and ugly and confusing but may have helpful information.

You certainly have something bad happening but unfortunately we lack enough information to give specific help. So:

    - Uninstall PC Security.

    - Run a disk cleanup (open my computer, right-click the drive letter, left-click Properties and use the button for Disk Cleanup and then when it finishes getting it's list of files, leave all items checked except Compress Old Files)

    - cick on Start, on Run, type in msconfig and make sure you have Normal Startup so all items autostart.

    - Run another Hijackthis scan and post the log.

    - Also look at the instructions in my earlier post about getting a dump log and post that here as well.
