Without opening the system it appears that there is 192 mb of ram when looking at my computer. if i go to Accessories/system tools/system info it say there is 256mb of ram. Aida32 agrees with my computer....

if in fact there is 256 (i will open the system to check) why do you think it would show up as 192? thanks!

    Hi Barb!

Do You have graphics integrated in the mainboard?

If You do, it has probably nicked 64 MB of RAM for its purposes. The rest (192 MB) will show up in system info, available to the system.

My bet is that Your stick is 256 MB.

    Regards,
    Christer
