my sisters computer HP running win10 home has a pop up on her firefox browser that has a big red arrow pointing up that asks to load "malewintersody.win" with a allow / don't allow buttons. Her computer is locked up and can't open anything. I couldn't find any info on want it is. Any ideas on how to get rid of it?

Sounds like you have Malware as the comp is "locked up".
Can you "hard shutdown" the comp? (hold the Power button in for 5-6 seconds which should shut it down.)
