I can't open anything from my desktop or download anything and keep getting error: LPK.dll is missing from your computer.

    Thanks in advance.

You may have to run system restore in Safe Mode command prompt if the lpk.dll (Language Pack) is corrupted.

Boot into Safe Mode with command prompt & type the command:
    Code:
    %systemroot%\system32\rstrui.exe
    press the Enter key.
