    When do you get the error?

    Have you checked for driver updates for your sound device (audio card)?

    Sorry it took so long to get back, I was away on business. Anyways, I bought RegCure registry cleaner and it solved all my problems. Audio and Video now run fine, computer is very fast, and I don't seem to have any issues. Thanks very much for your time and help! I think we are there!
