lost partition

    I have installed sp3 of windows 2000 and now my d:\ partition seems to be lost. This is a separate hard disk which is regognized in the system devices.
    How can I get this drive back?

    I'm a little confused as to what you still have, what you lost, if you have something new, and if so, where all it shows up.

    Better make that a lot confused I suppose.
