lost BBS message

    There was an extensive thread in this BBS and this forum, XP, about animations that mentioned a DLL file, part of the name contained 411.

    I can't seem to find the message at all !!! I want to find out how to get that DLL since it is not on my computer.

    I would also like to know why I cannot find it !!:confused:
