Logictech mouse problem.

    I have 2 hard drives in my machine. They are both able to be used as boot drive interchangably.
    I recently purchased a Logictech USB optical mouse. It works fine when 1 drive is master, but refuses to work with the other.
    Both drives are configured the same, so what could be the problem?

    So as you booted up with each drive/OS you installed the drivers for the mouse?

    The box said no driver was required. None was installed for either drive.

    What OS's are on the drive and which OS works and which one doesn't?

    Do other USB devices work on the OS that has issues?
    What is the model number of the mouse just in case?

    Both drive are XP Home SP3
    Other USB devices have no problems with either configuration.
    Was no model # on box. Using Ask.com, typed in Logictech optical mice, went to the Tiger Direct site (2nd from top) mine was the top one.
