live messenger and names

    i have no idea why, but now my windows live messenger is displaying my real name instead of my display name, although i have a display name written in. why? ive never had this happen before....

    could smoeone help?? please?

    Is it displaying your real name on the other persons end or just on your end?

    as i found out later, it was just my end. but it was still so confusing as to what made it happen. When i went on later at home all was normal. but, even at school before, ive gone on and it was all normal. this real name at school thing was new as of yesterday.
