Windows 7 home pro, live mail 2012. Dell inspiron 15R.

This problem is on a laptop connected wirelessly through a router. I can receive email but when I want to reply to a message or create a new email a dialogue box comes up saying live mail has stopped working and windows is lookig for a solution. After awhile that box goes away. Sometimes I get a new box that has a debug optiion in it. Whe I hit debug I get a "No registeredJTT debugger was specified." When I hit retry the box goes away and nothing else shows up and live mail locks. I ran a trouble shooter thing and that did not resolve the problem. I ran updates and nothing has been resolved.

I have a desktop upstairs with XP and live mail 2011. It works fine. I double checked the properties settings in the mail account on both machines and they are the same.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the live essentials program. I have used the 2011 and 2012 versions. I am signed into live mail correctly.

Any ideas of where to look for a conflict?

Are the two computers using the same email account from the same ISP?

If I take my laptop from home to office - I can't send mail because the email account is tied to my home ISP... The office ISP like most ISP's don't allow you to use SMTP setting from a different ISP.
