    I have 2000 names in an access database that I want to make mailing labels for. How can I import these to Word to make the labels? Is there a procedure? :confused:

    Pretty good instructions are in Word's help files. Open Word's Help, go to the Index tab, type in "label" (without the quotes), click the Search button and in the lower pane, double click on "Use mail merge to create mailing labels." Choose "Create mailing labels" in the right-hand pane.
