kodak-connecting to internet

    kodak easy share says that i am not connected to the internet, just started about 2 weeks ago. I have dsl and have no problems doing anything else. what to do? Thanks

    Have you upgraded IE to IE7?
    Is there an exception made for Easyshare in your firewall software?
    Are you updated to Easyshare Version 6 yet?

    What exactly is the error message you receive from EasyShare?

    (We can assume IE7 is a non-issue here).

    What firewall software are you using?
    If using the native XP firewall, have you made an Exception for the software?
